Nice to see you on Substack. The link to the article about “The Prince of Pegging” made me spill my tea. I’m looking forward to reading the comments from royalists 🫣

Penny,

The most significant statement in this article was the last sentence, "No matter how rich or important the parents are, there’s no reason for any family to think there’s something more important than the children."

I have seen it time and time again and yet people still argue that the choice to home-school, or to put family activities before "hanging out" is boring and pleasurable...

Keep on spouting the truth despite the detractors.

Peace,

D

How has a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer suddenly popped up? He was diagnosed with prostate problems. On further examination he was found to have cancer of some sort but the exact diagnosis has yet to be revealed. Sorry, but I think much of the rest of the post is conjecture from foreign media.

Here's one possible source: https://www.thenews.com.pk/latest/1160351-king-charles-cancer-type-revealed-by-palace-spy

Whenever it's said that a person has cancer but the type and stage is not disclosed, then people tend to suspect the worst.

That particular website is not the most reliable.

I had the same thought. I thought media released “prostate cancer” back in Feb but now in going back online I see no specific mention of which cancer but more so that he has an “enlarged prostate” which leaves it open to speculation much like everything in the royals life (and I’m not saying this in a “woe to be royal” type fashion)

I believe the Palace said no information would be released about the type of cancer. However, the fact enlarged prostate was revealed meant there was a huge take up of men having tests for prostate problems. That’s a good thing.

Awful that people expect to be told every little personal thing.

I quite disagree. Their private life is on display and that’s their contract for living as royals. It’s the ultimate reality show. I wouldn’t want my private life on display, but my home wasn’t paid for by UK taxes and tourism.

I know! Such a fun surprise. It's from a Lego store right by Windsor Castle, so this is their specialty. Here's a link to a study of royal (lego) women and their hats:

HaHaHaHa, so funny! The only problem with Kate however is that the King (William) actually owns their kids and William would to agree to their kids living with Kate. I think everyone, including the British public, are so over the monarchy. Think of the money they could save!

Should also have pointed out in my earlier comment that lawyers acting for Rose Hanbury have issued a statement from her formally denied the allegations over the past several days.

Lesley, do you work for the Palace? The lawyers said "Rose is saddened" by the accusations. Nothing about denying the allegations. Also, I see you're nitpicky when I have a theory like pancreatic cancer, but when you have a theory, details are fast and loose.

I don’t work for the Palace. This is the first time as far as I’m aware that Pancreatic Cancer has been mentioned and from an unreliable source. “Saddened” is pretty much a denial in aristo speak.
